STUDIO POLICIES

Start off on the right foot!

Follow our studio policies to ensure your child's safety, progress and positive experience at Zoe Dance Studio.

TUITION POLICY

The staff and faculty has the right to refuse lessons to any child whose tuition is delinquent.  If payments have not been made in a 2 month period or any arrangements made to notify the teacher of late payments the child's classes will be suspended until payments have been made.

Payments should be made on or before the 7th of each month. Cash will be accepted but EFT is preferable.

 

 

BANK DETAILS:  L.Nel  Capitec Bank.  Account number 1370798022 branch code: 470010.  With your child's name and surname as reference.  If there is no space allowed for a reference please send me a WhatsApp or sms with info.

The dance term begins in January and goes through to November following the normal school calendar. 

ATTENDANCE:

There are no refunds on classes missed; however you are welcome to come in another day and time to take class.

OBSERVATION

The last week of the month will be a observation day where parents are welcome to watch their children's class progress.  On other days the dancers are to be dropped off and picked up at their specific time slots.  it is not necessary for you to stay.  Your other children may not be dropped off for free baby sitting services.

COMMUNICATION

Please contact me out of teaching hours if the need arises.  Daytime office hours is from 10am to 7pm.  I do not have time to talk in or between class hours. 

CHANGING CLASSES

Please notify me if your child will not be continuing with classes.  You are charged as an active student until you notify me of any change in status.
